Guns in Commuter Parking Lots Law
Employers cannot ban employees from keeping a legally possessed firearm locked out of sight inside their personal motor vehicle parked in a company lot, provided the vehicle is locked.

Exceptions apply to restricted government facilities, correctional institutions, chemical plants with restricted access perimeters, or property where access is controlled by a security fence and 24/7 guard booth.
